How to print a flyer from Peachjar

Interested in Sharing a Flyer?

All materials being distributed to Harrisburg School District students require prior approval. Paper materials from outside organizations will no longer be distributed.


Review our Distribution Guidelines for Submission

  1. Distribution Guidelines:

    • Flyers must promote a social, recreational, or educational benefit to HSD students

    • Must not include offensive language

    • Must not be in conflict with Harrisburg School District policies, guidelines, or programs

    • Must not discriminate

    • Must be appropriate for specified grade level identified

    • Must include a local contact name and phone number

    • Fundraising outside the HSD is not permitted

Important Notes for Public Entities

  • This service incurs a fee of $25 per flyer per school* - typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers to each school.

  • *To post fliers free-of-charge, you must qualify as a non-profit, charitable, or civic organization (UBI or Tax ID number required), AND the item, service, or event you are advertising is offered at no cost.

  • The Harrisburg School District does not have any part in this process. Please contact PeachJar for further details.

  • Flyers that advertise a benefit that incurs a charge or fee or promotes such services or events will cost $25.00 per flyer per school to post. Peachjar will waive its service fees for local community organizations posting to HSD schools when promoting a free event or activity that does not entice participants to join a fee-based program, or purchase products or services. 

  • To receive the waived service fees, a community organization must contact Peachjar to make the request.

PTO Organizations or HSD-endorsed Club Activities

  3. After you have created your PTO account, contact JoAnne VerMulm with the associated email address to be given upload rights to Harrisburg's PeachJar

The Harrisburg School District has no part in the account setup process, other than providing upload rights to the user. For questions of any other nature, please contact Peachjar.

District Staff

  1. You either already have an account with your K12 email address, OR you need to create one using your K12 account (most likely if you started employment after 2018)

  2. Either way, email to be request upload rights.

  3. Be sure to include which building(s) you need rights for - coaches with students and the middle and high school levels, for example, would need access to all three schools.

  4. Visit If you think you may have an account already, click Forgot Password to reset your password and get into your account.

  5. If you do not have an account, create one using your K12 email address.

  3. District staff will review the materials and approve or deny them based on the distribution guidelines above.

To Have Your Flyer Approved

  • Flyers MUST BE submitted by Mondays at noon for next day (Tuesday) delivery.

    • If they are not, they will be denied and will have to be resubmitted by the uploader for the following Tuesday distribution.

  • Flyers MUST HAVE a distribution date of a TUESDAY.

    • Flyers will be sent on Tuesdays directly to parent, student, and staff inboxes and on our website.

    • Flyers not set with a distribution date of a Tuesday will have to be denied - we are unable to edit the dates.
